Welcome to my new mini series: Yoga with the Elements! This is going to be a 5-class series where I bring you through different styles of yoga practice to embody each of the natural elements: Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. The last class of the program is going to be an extended practice where we bring all of the elements together in balance and harmony. Through these classes, you will gain an understanding of the energies of each element and how to harness their power to enrich your practice, your connection to yourself, and your life.
