NOVEMBER SCHEDULE:
Monday: I like to start my weeks out with a full body practice that doesn’t take up too much time.
Tuesday: After an active day on Monday, you can either take the day off or enjoy a nice stretchy and/or breath-focused practice.
Wednesday: Perhaps a bit of a longer practice to tune up your body would be nice to help get over the mid-week hump, and to help flush away any built up stress the week has accumulate for you so far. But I will also provide a short class for those of you who really cannot do a long class on weekdays!
Thursday: A short and sweet practice, and you can decide if you would rather it be soft or strong by listening to what your body needs.
Friday: I like to enter the weekend with a blast of energy to re-energize and shift the focus away form work and towards play. Other times, I like to enter the weekend in a way to orient towards rest. I have provided options for both below.
Saturday: DAY OFF, no practice :) Maybe a meditation or a walk if you like. If you would rather take a weekday off instead and swap one of the other practices for this day, be my guest!
Sunday: I like to keep Sundays super sweet and sacred, with a longer practice to really connect to the Self. Sometimes I like to sweat it out, sometimes I like it to be gentle. So I have offered both within the suggestions.
