5 min: Kapalabhati Pranayama
In this *almost* 5-minute video, I explain the benefits and contraindications of this unique breathing practice called Kapalabhati Pranayama, also known as the breath of fire. While many of the breathing practices we do are meant to be more calming, this one is meant to be more energizing and piercing. This is a great practice to include in a morning routine to feel more clear, confident, focused, and alive for the coming day.
