This class series is for the womb-holders. Whether you are growing a life inside of you, struggling with the reality of PMS or a rough period, or have PCOS like I do, you will find some nourishing, safe, and accessible classes made just for you in this series. I am also continuing to add new classes to this series as time goes on.

Meditation Challenge

If you are new to meditation or are wanting some structure and rhythm to re-establish your sitting practice, this program is just for you. In a month you will explore a variety of different meditation and breathwork styles to find your favorites.

This is a class series for the true beginner. Join me for a methodical approach to building a safe, accessible, and enjoyable yoga practice. I started this class series years ago, and am adding more classes to it soon.
