60 min: Level 2-3 Forearm Flow
This is honestly one of the most fun and playful classes I’ve taught in a while, and it left me in a state of total bliss and gratitude. We get moving pretty quickly and rigorously through strong standing poses, lots of forearm and core strengthening, and even some inversion practice. We close with a Savasana as well. I would call this class intermediate-advanced because of the fast pace, strong moves, and less instruction on alignment of basic forms. As always, modify to meet your needs and have fun!
