6 min Earth Connection Practice: Seated Breathing and Meditation
Bringing you something a little different today: a grounding seated meditation and breathwork practice. This is such a great practice for when your life has been hectic and you need to come back down to the earth for some connection to self and your journey so far. We do one of my favorite mudras called Bhumi Sparsha. This is also the first video I’ve done a voiceover for, but I decided to keep the background sounds of the park in as well. Enjoy!
