In this delicious practice we pay special attention to savoring the breath within each and every moment, slowing down enough to connect to true intimacy with the body and our emotions. We really rinse out from crown to toe, opening & articulating through the hips, legs, quads, belly, heart, shoulders, spine. Includes pranayama at beginning and end and concludes with a savasana in a subtle restorative posture.
