36 min: All Levels Yoga for Runners & Bikers

Truly an all levels practice, even for total beginners. You’ll want two yoga blocks (or substitute with books), a strap (or substitute with a scarf or belt), and a blanket if you have sensitive knees. A more mellow practice for opening up the quads, hammies, hips, and even shoulders and spine a little bit to counter the tension stored in the body from lots of running, biking, waking, hiking, etc.
