20 min Guided Meditation: Celebrating the Body

Join me for this guided meditation where we explore our connection to our body in the way of Tantra. That is, to embrace the body as a celebration rather than a punishment. This meditation is great for anyone dealing with body image insecurities (I mean... I think that's most of us right?!). A bit of vulnerability here: I come from an eating disorder history, and practicing this Tantric view of the body absolutely helped me heal from this part of my past. I share this meditation from a tender place of care, to help you find love for your body no matter what current stage of fluctuation it is currently at, and to ultimately recognize we are more than our bodies. Our bodies are homes for our souls.
